1. Purchase
There is only a a contract for purchase when Butik21.co.uk confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after the order is received by butik21.co.uk. If the delivery time is changed in the order, the client will be notified as soon as possible. Butik21.com has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been paid by the customer. In order to shop with us, you must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Price
The prices include VAT of 25%. After the order has been confirmed the price can only change due to circumstances beyond our control. For example, significant changes in commodity prices, currency fluctuations or amended VAT. No handling costs are added.
If there is a change in price the customer can cancel the order without any cost.
3. Shipping cost
The shipping cost to UK is 45 SEK, which is about £5 depending on currency fluctuation.
4. Payment Options / payment terms
4.1 Invoice
Unfortunately we cannot offer invoice to our customers in the UK at this moment.
4.2 Card Payment
You can pay with VISA / MasterCard or Eurocard without any extra charge.
5. Deliveries
Products in stock are normally sent same day if the order is made before 16.00 (GMT +01.00).
Delivery to the UK takes about 2-4 days.
In cases where a product must be ordered from supplier delivery times may be up to four weeks. Some sizes or colours can be sold out before we have time to update the store. We inform customers about the estimated delivery time and the customer have the right to cancel to order without any cost.
6. Delivery Delays
Sometimes delivery delays may occur that are out of our control. For example when a supplier can not meet its delivery obligations to us. If this happens, we have no liability to the customer for the damage that the delay achieved.
We will inform the customer, via the e-mail address given, about any delays as soon as we get information about them.
7. Risk of transportation We are responsible for the transportation to our customers. You, and the carrier, are responsible for contingent transportation back to us.
8. Damaged goods When you receive your products it is important to check so they are not damaged. If the products are damaged or incorrect in any way contact us as soon as possible via e-mail

9. Cancellation
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or the items to us in their original condition. You are free to open the package and try the item on (please ensure you are not wearing anything which may leave a scent or a mark on the item), but the item cannot be used for any other purpose other than trying it on. The item must be in the original package with the label intact. The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.
Our cancellation policy is applicable on underwear only if the package is unbroken.
You have the right to exchange an item or items within 30 days for a different size or colour, but only if the item or items are unused.
10. Complaints
If you want to complain about a damaged or defective product, you should contact us via e-mail as soon as possible. We will give you further instructions by e-mail. Remember that you are responsible for the freight back to us.
11. Refunds
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund is made as soon as possible after we have received and accepted your return.
We reserve the right to changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Learn more about unforeseen events during Force Majeure below.
13. Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions and similar events beyond our control which are not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and pledges from our side, which means that we can not keep that agreement / pledge, shall constitute we are released from our obligations to fulfill those agreements and/or pledges.
